An apartment in Al Andalus Tower A, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, planned for a full interior refresh that elevates the home from a developer standard finish into a modern classic, warm contemporary space. The design focuses on visual calm and continuity through light natural oak tone flooring across the main areas and a full height panelling concept that carries from the living zone into the hallway, supported by warm layered lighting.

The layout and detailing are curated to improve flow and create more refined daily moments, including a feature mirror wall at the entrance, a kitchen upgrade that introduces an island layout in place of a U shape, and a master suite planned as a boutique retreat with a double sided walkthrough wardrobe using coved arches and integrated wardrobe lighting. The ensuite is conceived as a spa inspired setting with warm marble look tiles, recessed niche lighting, and a double walk in shower concept, while the spare bedroom is designed to function as an office with room for a bed or sofa bed, and the powder room becomes a feature space with a floating vanity and warm vertical LED accents.
