This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse in Dubai’s gated community of Reem, Mira Oasis 2 sold for AED 4.3M. It sits on a larger plot and offers a bigger built up area than many comparable townhouse communities across Dubai. We secured the property for AED 2.85M. Although Mira Oasis 2 sale prices have risen by 21% over the past 12 months, we did not factor any capital appreciation into our profit projections, reflecting a conservative approach to underwriting. This home is a Type A corner unit, providing a larger garden and plot size, which allowed for the addition of a swimming pool and a sunken fire pit.

The anticipated project timeline is 6-8 months, including purchase, renovation and sale of the property. After seeing what a huge success our first project in Mira Oasis has been, we have capitalised on this investment opportunity by securing another project in the area.
