Mira Oasis #3
A Type B townhouse in Dubai’s gated community of Reem, Mira Oasis 3 is planned for a full renovation with an extension, elevating the home well beyond a standard finish through a complete interior refurbishment, upgraded MEP, refreshed landscaping, and a new swimming pool.
The project introduces key upgrades across the main living zones, including structural improvements to the living and kitchen areas, updated AC ducting, and a whole home finishes refresh with new flooring, doors, and lighting. Joinery is a core feature of the interior, with bespoke kitchen, media, and wardrobe works, paired with upgraded glazing elements including bifold doors and new shower glass. The design direction is warm and contemporary, built around earthy tones with wood and stone character and brass accents, with layered LED lighting details carried through the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Amwaj 4, Jumeirah Beach Residence
This 1,276 sq ft apartment in Amwaj 4, Jumeirah Beach Residence is planned as a full interior refresh, upgrading the home with a calmer, warm-neutral aesthetic and more functional day-to-day flow.
The design centres on continuity and clean detailing, with LVT flooring throughout (excluding bathrooms), upgraded ceilings (including MR gypsum in the bathrooms and kitchen), a full repaint in an off-white palette, AC servicing, and new Schneider sockets and switches. In the living space, the ceiling is reworked with a dropped section to enable cove or track lighting, paired with a new media wall, a dedicated bar feature, and joinery to discreetly conceal services.
The kitchen is fully stripped and rebuilt, introducing new lighting (spotlights plus under-cabinet LEDs), built-in appliances, and targeted demolition to increase circulation and add a waterfall-edge breakfast bar. Bathrooms are upgraded with custom vanities, concealed sanitaryware, full-height tiling, niches with LED lighting, and backlit mirrors, including converting the shared bathroom from a bath to a walk-in shower. Bedrooms follow the same elevated finish, with new ceilings and lighting, upgraded wardrobes, and bespoke joinery—most notably a feature headboard wall in the master with recessed LED details and enhanced wardrobe specification.
