Our Princess Tower project in Dubai Marina demonstrates how a well planned renovation can significantly enhance both value and appeal.
We acquired a three bedroom apartment with a maid’s room below market value at AED 2,825,000, compared with the average AED 3.1 million for similar units in the building. The apartment’s spacious layout and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Ain and Palm Jumeirah provided an excellent foundation for transformation.
We reimagined the interior with an open plan kitchen, upgraded finishes, and improved lighting to create a brighter and more inviting flow throughout. The renovation modernised the space to suit European buyer preferences and elevated its overall liveability.
The project is now complete and listed for sale, while also being launched as a short term rental to generate income and maintain visibility among potential buyers. This strategic approach maximises returns and ensures the property continues to deliver value even before completion of the sale.
